Finally official: Jed Beaton & Kay De Wolf on Husky!
What has been known for a very long time only became officially known today. Husqvarna announced Jed Beaton and Kay de Wolf. They both have a two-year contract, they will compete for the factory Husqvarna team of Jacky Martens and Kay Hennekens.
The 20-year-old Beaton became one of the revelations of the FIM MX2 World Championship this year with F&H Racing until he broke his leg in Matterley Basin. Just before the British GP he was surprisingly fifth in the World Championship.
The likeable Australian scored his first GP podium at the end of last year as a substitute for HRC Honda, although he started his European adventure in the EMX250 with Carglass Honda.

The 14-year-old Kay De Wolf also signed for Husqvarna. Both in the EMX85 finals and the 2018 Jr. 85cc World Championship, Kay finished second this year. In addition, De Wolf is also the reigning Dutch 85cc champion in the Dutch Masters. In 2019 he moves up to the EMX125 on Husqvarna's TC 125 machine.
