No Romain Febvre in Turkish GP tomorrow
During the free practice of the MXGP of Turkey, Romain Febvre set the fastest time. The Monster Energy Yamaha rider was also hungry in timed training. Febvre was the provisional pole sitter, but he crashed just after landing on the third lap.
Although he didn't break anything in his unfortunate fall, the Frenchman suffered a concussion. According to our colleagues at Moto Verte Febvre was also unconscious for a moment. As a precaution, Romain was taken to hospital where he will remain under observation for 24 hours. In any case, the ex-MXGP world champion will not compete in the GP tomorrow. Yamaha will communicate later when Febvre will make his return.
In any case, the MXMag editorial team wishes Romain a speedy recovery.
