After 25 years, the 875cc Cross returns!
MAC Bedaf from Volkel will pick up the thread from 25 years ago! It was the same MAC Bedaf that, according to the idea of chairman Martien Arts, was the first club in the Netherlands to organize the 1985cc competition in 875. It was a unique event for our country at the time, the best riders in the Netherlands competed against each other in three heats with three different motorcycles! A round with the 125cc, a round with the 250cc and then another round with the heavy 500cc, this totaled 875cc!
Now, more than 30 years later, MAC Bedaf is once again taking the lead in this unique competition on Sunday, November 18 in Volkel! Together with our annual corn slice cross, we will organize this event on the same day under the flag of the MON. Participants in this unique 875 event must ride three (1) heats on one (3) day with three different motorcycles.
Starting with the 250cc [this may be a 250cc two or four stroke] then one must participate in the second round with a 125cc and finally make the decision in the last round with a 500cc [450 four stroke or 500 two stroke]
There are no cups but cash prizes for the 875 cross! For those who come to the start with three original engines just like 30 years ago [125-250-500] only two-stroke, we keep a separate ranking and can become the real mister 875 of Volkel!
You can register via MAC Bedaf, the costs for participating in this event are only 20 euros! Registration is only final once payment has been received! Send your details by email to; hi@macbedaf.nl
Be quick, only 35 riders can participate in the 875 class, see you on November 18!!
