Micha-Boy De Waal fails to attend GP Assen!
Jumbo No Fear Vamo Honda rider Micha-Boy De Waal suffered a right knee injury during the Belgian Masters of Motocross in Orp-le-Grand. De Waal had an unfortunate crash in the first moto. He finished the match in a lot of pain but had to throw in the towel after just two rounds.
An initial examination in the hospital did not immediately reveal the severity of the injury. To prevent worse, De Waal will not ride in his home GP in Assen this weekend. This Friday, when the swelling has subsided, further examination awaits him. We wish Micha a speedy recovery!
