Van Horebeek back at KTM alongside Herlings?
In recent years, KTM has competed in the MXGP with three factory riders. If this is also the case in 2019, it could be good news for Jeremy Van Horebeek! According to some sources, the 28-year-old Belgian, already Herlings' teammate in 2011 and 2012, would again take up post alongside “The Bullet”.
It is now well known that Pauls Jonass is also aiming for a switch to the MXGP in 2019. However, Jonass would be transferred to IceOne Racing where he would become the teammate of Arminas Jasikonis. Since Glenn Coldenhoff switches to Standing Construct KTM, there would be a place available in the Austrian structure of the Red Bull-KTM team. In this way, Van Horebeek could return to the team for which he already rode in MX2. At the end of June it was announced that “the Jerre' will leave the Monster Energy Yamaha Factory Racing team after five seasons.
