Kay Karssemakers talks about his Junior World Championship.
It was allowed for the third time in five years Kay Karssemakers climbing onto the stage during the FIM Junior World Championship. The 14-year-old Brabander finished third Horsham. “I look back on the weekend with mixed feelings. My starts were reasonable, both times I managed to start the race in the top ten. I am not satisfied with two fourth places, the riding was good but the result is disappointing. Those two fourth places give me third place in this World Cup. I just have to be satisfied with that. Thank you to everyone who helped make this World Cup possible, my parents, family, friends and all sponsors. Special thanks to it Team Youth Pro MX, Huub Mesters from HMX Racing and the KNMV. I would also like to thank William Saris for his support here in Australia.”
