Dewulf copes best with scorching heat during MCLB Wachtebeke!
The carrier pigeon has landed, the animal landed suffocated from thirst with the report from Wachtebeke. There, in subtropical temperatures, the MCLB group settled on the East Flemish circuit of the Mendonkdreef! The field of participants was slightly wider this weekend than last week with 15 pilots.
In the first heat, the crowd saw Jeffrey Dewulf gain the upper hand over Damon Graulus. Jeffrey Dewulf finished more than fifty seconds ahead of Damon Graulus, who in turn had a huge lead over third man in the race Jorne Tytgat. In the second heat, only eight pilots started on the dusty circuit. However, this did not bother Jeffrey Dewulf who again won with a big lead over Damon Graulus and Jorne Tytgat finished third again.
This resulted in a logical overall victory for Jeffrey Dewulf, with two series victories. This for Damon Graulus and Jorne Tytgat. In the MX2 class the victory went to Mattis Meersschout, who was the only participant in the MX2 class. In the Inters B class the flowers were for Damon Tanghe.
