Valk on podium, Van der Vlist loses redplate.
The third match of the European WMX Championship was won by Sara Andersen. The Danish won both heats on the circuit of Strykow about this Mathea Selebo (3-2) and Lynn Valk (4-4). Loses in the standings Shana van der Vlist the 'redplate' to Andersen. The Apeldoorn native took the lead in the second round but got stuck in the mud. After all, it had started to rain very heavily before the second heat. Andersen now has a five-point lead over Van der Vlist. Valk, with the YZ125, occupies fourth place in the standings. Kimberly Braam finished fourth while Eline Burgmans did not score. The R2R Store rider hurt her knee during training and did not participate again.
