A line through Sanayei's season.
A bitter pill for that Darian Sanayei and the BikeIt-Kawasaki-Dixon Racing Team. The American will no longer play this season due to a serious knee injury! The Kawasaki rider missed several races due to the same injury, but last weekend Matterley Basin he was there again. Without success, it has now been decided to have the torn cruciate ligaments repaired. This means the season is over for the KX250F rider who does not yet have a contract in his pocket for 2019. During the Spanish GP, Sanayei made a big impression when he made it very difficult for World Championship leader Pauls Jonass and even almost won. It is not known whether DRT will use a replacement for the remaining matches.
