Sunny and heavy DMofMX in Mill.
In Mill, the third race of the KNMV Dutch Masters of Motocross did not go smoothly for the F&H Racing Team. At 'Circuitpark De Kuilen', Ruben Fernández-Garcia and Jed Beaton finished sixth and seventh respectively in the daily rankings. Adam Sterry took action during qualifying, but due to a painful ankle he decided not to start. The victory went to Jago Geerts, the Belgian is also the leader in the title fight.
With a fifth training time, Ruben places himself as the best of the Kawasaki riders. After his crash in Russia, the Spaniard went to the hospital immediately upon returning to the Netherlands. Fortunately, no damage was discovered there, so the Leatt-clad motocross rider was able to take action again today. Ruben starts the race in the top ten while Jed comes out of the first round in fifteenth. The BO Oil-lubricated KX250F engines quickly worked their way to seventh and eighth place. After more than ten minutes of the match, Jed passes his teammate, but then the Australian makes a mistake. This drops him back to twelfth place, but fortunately Jed still manages to cross the finish line in ninth place. After Jed's fall, Ruben is able to regain seventh place and holds on to it until the finish.
The second heat of the day in 30 minutes and one lap, Ruben immediately starts well. The 19-year-old rider comes third from the first round, while Jed has to start at the back after a crash. He even visits the pits to repair some damage to the engine. Fortunately, the 20-year-old rider from the Australian island of Tasmania quickly found the right pace and came back very strong. A mistake by Ruben costs him two places in the third laps. He then no longer gives up fifth place and thus scores sixteen important points. Despite the warm weather conditions, Jed managed to fight back very well to tenth place, making him seventh in the daily rankings.
