EMX250: Roan van de Moosdijk on the podium in Kegums!
After a difficult first heat Roan van de Moosdijk got revenge during the second moto. On the circuit of Kegums the Brabander (photo) finished third during the second round! The victory went to 'Rookie' Michael Haarup who rode a great race. Mel Pocock came second for Van de Moosdijk and Martin Barr. The Irishman can go into the final round Mathys Boisrame pass, allowing Barr to hold the lead in the standings. Boisrame wins the race ahead of Haarup and Pocock.
With a 17th place, Marcel Conijn scores his first EMX points of this season. The last point this round goes to Cyril Genot, the Belgian can look back on a strong 'debut' after a lot of injuries in recent months. Unfortunately, Freek van der Vlist does not reach the finish. The title battle continues in three weeks' time at the British GP in Matterly Basin.
