KNMV: De Vries and Van der Mierden triumph.
For its own audience Dani de Vries won the fourth race of the KNMV Open Dutch 250cc Championship. The 21-year-old Drenth won on the circuit of Westerbork both heats, with which the Yamaha rider won David Karka (2-2) and Youri van 't Ende (3-4). In the 500cc the victory also went to Yamaha thanks to Sven van der Mierden. The Brabander won both heats for the Finn Harry Kullas (2-2) and Lars van Berkel (3-3).
