EMX125: Scuteri gives Italians something to cheer about!
Yesterday the victory went in the EMX125 class to Emil Weckman, which made the Belgian Diga KTM team a great success!
However, Emil Weckman could not repeat yesterday's victory. This time it was the Italian Emilio Scuteri who managed to control the race from start to finish. Behind him, Weckman, Guyon, Meuwissen and Hofer, among others, fought a strong catch-up race for the podium places. Ultimately it was Emil Weckman who managed to claim second place ahead of KTM Factory Pilot Rene Hofer. Frenchman Tom Guyon and Dutchman Raf Meuwissen completed the top five. The Grand Prix victory also went to the Italian Emilio Scuteri, who totaled as many points as the Finnish Emil Weckman, but you know how it works. The Italian won the second heat and this is decisive!
Wannes Van de Voorde scores first top ten place!
Wannes Van de Voorde was a positive surprise for the Belgians. The young man who made a strong start yesterday, but then dropped all the way to twenty-seventh place. Was able to make another strong start today, and this time the FMX4EVER KTM pilot capitalized on this start with an impressive ninth place. Immediately his first top ten place in an EMX125 series!
