SX: Finally another win for Marvin Musquin.
The first match of the year was won by Marvin Musquin, but after that the Frenchman had a series of difficult matches. That was caused by a knee injury, but the KTM rider is on his way back. In the Lucas Oil Stadium, Musquin won the final ahead of the strong Dean Wilson and Justin Brayton. Despite a crash in the first corner, Jason Anderson managed to cross the finish line in fourth! Not a good race for Eli Tomac, the Kawasaki rider crashes and doesn't get further than 15th place!
In the final over 20 minutes and one lap, Musquin takes the best start ahead of Benny Bloss, Vince Friese and Tomac. Anderson crashes in the first corner with Cooper Webb! While Tomac works his way up to second place, the Husqvarna rider gives chase with the 'Redplate'. Musquin has the race under control and the same cannot be said for Tomac, the Kawasaki rider crashes hard and needs some time to recover. Broc Tickle briefly holds second place, but he is hit by Wilson. The Brit comes second ahead of Brayton and Anderson, who comes back to fourth place. Tickle completes the top five in Indianapolis.
