MXGP: Jordi Tixier also joins the infirmary!
Jordi Tixier, the 2 MX2014 World Champion, has already had some difficult years. This year had to be the year of the big turnaround with the support of the brand new BOS Suspension team at KTM! Unfortunately for Jordi, adversity has signed him back up with the Frenchman.
At Hawkstone Park, JT911 experienced enormous pain in his right hand, to such an extent that holding the handlebars became an impossible task. It was then decided to consult a doctor in Paris and his diagnosis hit home very hard! A torn tendon was the cause of all the misery, which was immediately repaired. This operation has now been completed for a week and after the heavy blow, Jordi Tixier sounds combative. It is still too early for a return date, but we wish Jordi Tixier all the best.
