Top transfer in BK enduro: Cedric Cremer with Yamaha Zone Rouge!
This year Yamaha had an excellent season in the Belgian enduro. After all, Cédric Melotte won the Belgian title in his last season. For next year, the blues are aiming for the top again because none other than Cédric Cremer will defend the colors of Team Yamaha Zone Rouge!
Cremer, three-time Belgian champion, signed a two-year contract with Zone Rouge Yamaha. After a long period at KTM, Cédric thought the time was right for a new challenge. From next year he will ride WR250F with Philippe Rorive as follower. That knew Michel Nickmans, manager of Zone Rouge, can perfectly respond to the needs of Cremer.
“Everything went really well with KTM, both the material and the support from KTM were top. But thanks to Zone Rouge I now have more structure around me. That is very important personally because I also have a family life and two children. Since I had to do everything myself until now, it is fantastic that I will now be able to ride in good conditions. I'm also super happy that Philippe (Rorive) is there. If follower he is absolutely great. In short, the whole picture is correct. That's why I'm more motivated than ever!”
With 12 matches on the Belgian calendar and some very interesting transfers –Antoine Magain switches to KTM - already announces 2018 as a very exciting enduro year. To be continued!
