MCLB: Robin Bakens dominates in Sinaai
As is often the case in the autumn competitions, there is not a full field of participants with all the top players. However, that does not detract from Robin Bakens' top performance! Bakens achieved a double series victory in Sinaai, Dylan Verleysen (2-2) was a regular second to Jaimy Deleersnijder (4-4).
The penultimate match of the MCLB season, organized by MC Waasland, had to be in the name of Robin Bakens! Bakens led from start to finish in the first race and was clearly the fastest. In the second series Robin started just outside the top 3, but it did not take long before the regional pilot took over command from Verleysen. This time Bakens was even more impressive. His fastest lap was just 4,7 seconds faster than Dylan's fastest lap.
Next weekend the MCLB closing price will be held in Overslag.
