ISDE: France in the lead, the Netherlands in 8th!
As expected, the French home team with Christophe Nambotin, Loïc Larrieu, Christophe Charlier (intro photo) and Jeremy Tarroux excels in this edition of the ISDE. After the third day, Team France leads Team Australia by more than 5(!) minutes, the Dutch team is neatly 8th!
As we wrote before, things are not going well for the Belgians in Brive la Gaillarde. The conditions are very demanding this year! The strong French Trophy team already has a strong option for final victory. Today Loïc Larrieu won the scratch ahead of Jeremy Tarroux.
Lowland hopes are kept high by the Dutch led by Thierry Pittens. The Belgian Junior Team with Matthew Vanoevelen and Jarne De Schaepmeester continues to fight for what they are worth and is 12th. Only the first nine teams are still complete. In Juniors the Americans lead
Trophy : 1. France; 2. Australia at 5'19; 3. Finland at 7'26; 4. Portugal at 16'50; 5. Great Britain at 21'57; 6. Sweden at 23'10; 7. Italy at 26'51, 8. Netherlands at 27'14, 9. Czech Republic at 29'27, 10. Brazil 38'32
