AMA penalizes 250SX East Coast leader Joey Savatgy…
BREAKING NEWS: Joey Savatgy, the leader of the 250SX East Coast class, has been sanctioned by the AMA during the East Rutherford-New Jersey Supercross. The Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki rider crashed in the Main Event and did not return to the circuit where he had left the circuit due to the fall, but immediately started in the adjacent lane. Due to this action, Joey Savatgy receives a penalty drop and is moved back five places in the final standings. This also has major consequences for the standings of the 250SX East Coast championship.

Jordon Smith: 160 (With 2 Wins)
Zach Osborne: 159 (With 4 Wins)
Joey Savatgy 159 (With 1 Win)
