Adam Sterry out of action for a long time with a knee injury
Kawasaki MX2 factory rider Adam Sterry twisted his knee in the first moto in Valkenswaard. Sterry did not participate again in the second heat. Research now showed that the sympathetic Briton suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
Not only does Sterry need an operation, the rehabilitation also takes a lot of time. Self gave Adam Sterry “That 2017 is almost over.” Although Sterry was doing well in Valkenswaard, he fell short of expectations this season with a sixteenth place in the MX2 World Championship standings. Monster Energy Kawasaki MX2 Racing Teammate Petar Petrov finished 8th in the second match since his comeback.
