MON: Boekel kicks off Galvincup!
The Galvincup is a new open Inters championship over 5 matches. A total prize pool of almost €13.000 is provided. 55 drivers have already registered for the Galvincup, created for MON's fastest riders and all their fans. Click here for the rider list. Among the notable names are riders such as Eric Leijtens (photo), Roy Sillien, Mark Boot, Roy Van Heugten, MON Inters Open vice champion Roy Hoeijmakers, the top-3 of the Inters MX2 last year with Mike Van Den Bogaert, Kay Ebben and Jarno Derks. Main sponsor Heikki 'Galvin' Van Den Berg is also registered and there is even a strong foreign delegation led by top favorite Philip Bengtsson, Tim Münchhofen, the Dutch Brit Marcus-Lee Soper and the Belgians Donny Schmidt and Glenn Bielen.
You can still participate if you have a MON starting permit for the MX Open or MX 2 Inters (or a delegation from an IMBA association). Send an email before Thursday 12:00 noon info@mon.nl with your name and starting number, or simply register on race day.
