Where rain falls, there is panic!
Panicking has never helped anyone. Although we are of course always open to learning. So people who can scientifically prove that it is just better to panic, click on the envelope at the top right and please email us your arguments!
Why this argument? Every week there are hordes of panic mongers who start speculating about a cancellation every time it rains. Or even worse: they already announce that it will be canceled! As long as there is no official message from the organizing club or federation, the competition will continue as normal. So don't constantly bother the people who are working hard for you to make something beautiful out of it with 'Is this still going to continue?'
So if you see a rain shower and immediately fear that you will have to take out your jet ski:
– Or born in the wrong country
– Or chose the wrong sport
– Or has never seen 'Singing in the rain'!
Also people who not waterproof can spend their Sunday in cool ways. There are crossword puzzles in every newspaper and you won't get dirty or wet from playing chess either. Spread the word and good luck to all volunteers!
