Yamaha's official EMX250 and EMX125 teams are also presented professionally! Jr. MX Vice World Champion Roan Van De Moosdijk from Eindhoven, the Frenchman Maxime Renaux (2015 Jr. world champion) and the Latvian Kãrlis Sabulis will compete in the EMX250 for the new Astes4-Tesar Yamaha team. This was created after a merger of the DP19 team of David Philipaerts and the Italian SDM Corse MX Team.
Yamaha is also present in the EMX125 with three promising riders. Including Overijssel resident Rick Elzinga who finished 5th last year in the strong ONK 125. Rick will have Thibault Benistant (France) and Tim Edberg (Sweden) as teammates at MJC Yamaha. Oh how we look forward to seeing those cool YZ125s blasting GYTR stuff!
