TV Coverage: Nitro World Games with William VD Putte!
Last night, around two o'clock Belgian time, the brand new concept of Freestyle legend Travis Pastrana premiered in Salt Lake City (America). The Nitro World Games, a concept that reminds us of the X-Games of times gone by, is intended to fill the void left by DEW Tour and the Red Bull Xfighters, among others. In addition, this large-scale event not only has room for Freestyle Motorcross, but also for Skate and BMX Freestyle!
The event and the accompanying 3-hour live TV Coverage were positively received on social media! During the various disciplines we also saw one Belgian in action and this was William 'Willis' Van den Putte. Also known for his performance in the Nitro Circus performance in Antwerp (see article photo). The man from Antwerp did the extremely difficult and extremely dangerous No Handed Frontflip. However, that wasn't enough for the win which went to the craziest and most insane man present namely Gregg Duffy. This one managed to pull off a double front flip from his helmet!
