Ben Townley misses Spanish Grand Prix!!!
Things are not going well for New Zealander Ben Townley in his return to the Grand Prix. After previously having to miss the Grand Prix of Argentina and Mexico due to a virus. He now also has to miss the Grand Prix next weekend in Spain. Last Wednesday, the Suzuki World MXGP rider crashed during training and injured his wrist. Fortunately, no fracture was found after medical examination, but Townley was still advised not to start in Talavera.
Ben Townley : I fell off hard on Wednesday and hurt my wrist and ribs and got hit with my head. I have to rest for a few days, but fortunately the wrist is not broken. The doctor immediately told me that I need to rest and start treatment. I now have to see how everything goes day by day and see where it ends up, I can't tell you more about it at the moment.
