Motorsport in Belgium threatened?!
We recently received an anonymous email in our virtual mailbox, with a bill that was as disturbing as it was interesting. We could read in this bill that our government would like to ban motor sports that run on fossil fuels.
This means that, if this bizarre proposal is approved by the House and Senate, racing on diesel and petrol will be a thing of the past. Both for motorsport and car racing. So wave your hand goodbye to all those international competitions.
However, it is positive that our country can play a pioneering role in developing alternative technologies such as racing on hydrogen, sunflower oil and olive oil. However, after contacting Professor River Song, we can already say that this technology will be available soon. The negative side of the matter, however, is that the price of a motorcycle may triple.
We will keep you informed as soon as this bill finds its way to Parliament and Senate.
