Vandoninck, faces weeks of inactivity!
As you probably already read in our report, Brent Vandoninck had a serious fall in Wuustwezel. The young man from Herentals had all the bad luck in the world when his Yamaha suddenly broke down in the air. As a result, he was launched over the handlebars and came into rude contact with mother earth.
A dislocated hip was a serious problem for the KEMEA Yamaha pilot. Today, Tuesday April 5, the hip was operated on in the AZ in Herentals. After this operation, Brent can already see things positively. His inactivity is not estimated at months, but at weeks. The young man himself announced on Instagram that if everything goes well, he could start motorcycle training again after four to six weeks. This is extremely good news, because most fans were already thinking with some fear about Jeffrey Herlings' hip injury that kept him out for months. But luckily it will more than likely not happen that quickly. No two injuries are the same.
