We get a battle in Mont-Saint-Guibert: Van Horebeek Vs. de Dycker
Next Sunday there will be the very last round of the event Belgian Motocross Championship 2015 into the program Mont Saint Guibert. Due to circumstances, this championship had 4 rounds instead of 5, but that doesn't make it any less exciting. In the Open class everything is completely open, with only 3 heats to go the difference is only 14 points between Van Horebeek and the Dycker, this in favor of Van Horebeek. The Yamaha rider did not have his best day in Kester, with two fifth place finishes and a DNF, he left De Dyckers' mechanical bad luck in the first moto there unpunished.
De Dycker, who has just returned from injury, will have to count on some outside help, because if the KTM rider wins all 3 heats, Jeremy Van Horebeek will have to finish in 3rd place each time. That outside help can come from the nice list of participants. Stand like this Benoit Paturel, David Guarneri, Dean Ferris, Harry Kullas, Petar Petrov and two-time world champion Steve Ramon at the start. Also Milko potisek has been announced, but we have to wait and see what his form level is after his serious injury last winter. Here's the full status of it Inters Open BK.
In MX2 there is also an open battle, in the class that runs together with the Open class and is often forgotten Brent Van Doninck en Damon Graulus for the Belgian title. They are split by a difference of 23 points. As well Cedric Grobben en Mark Boat can mathematically still clinch the Belgian title. Here is the status of it Inters MX2 BK.
