Brief News about Bobryshev, Frossard & Kullas!
The Russian Evgeny Bobryshev has had the best MXGP season of his career this season and that has not gone unnoticed by his employer HRC Honda. The Japanese 'Powerhouse' has therefore decided to extend the cooperation with the Russian tank for one year. With Evgeny Bobryshev and Gautier Paulin, the line-up for the HRC Honda team is immediately clear for the upcoming 2016 season.
Frenchman Steven Frossard, who last week broke his contract with the British Wilvo Forkrent KTM team, will complete the season on the Monster Energy KRT Kawasaki machine. With that team, the Frenchman had to step up for the friend duo Ryan Villopoto and Tyla Rattray after last season. A gamble that did not work out as Monster Energy and Kawasaki had hoped. Now that Ryan Villopoto has officially announced his retirement from the sport, Steven Frossard can replace the American.
After the retirement of Wilvo-Nestan Husqvarna pilot Alexandr Tonkov, a place became available in this team. That place will already be filled in Kegums by Harri Kullas. This Estonian has so far competed for the British Heads & All Threads Suzuki Team in the British MX Nationals and the British Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship. In these championships he is third and tenth respectively. It is not yet clear whether the Estonian will participate in any more competitions for the Wilvo Nestaan team after the Grand Prix in Latvia.
