Valentin Teillet sneaks closer…
Last weekend the third round of the 'Elite Motocross' championship, also known as the French motocross championship, was held in Romagne! In the MX1 class we saw, for the first time in three races, that Xavier Boog did not take the overall lead. The overall victory went to MotoBlouz Honda pilot Valentin Teillet, with two victories and a second place. Xavier Boog was able to limit the damage by scoring a fourth place, a victory and a second place. Third place overall went to good old Greg Aranda. In the standings, Valentin Teillet comes within five points of leader Xavier Boog!
In the MX2 class it was Maxime Desprey who once again won two series, and he also scored a nice third place in the super final (third series). Bud Kawasaki's young Frenchman seems to be in great shape for the first EMX250 competitions. Nicolas Dercourt and Cedric Soubeyras completed the overall podium in the MX2 in Romagne.
