No Van Horebeek in Valkenswaard
Our colleagues from 'Het Laatste Nieuws' reported today on their website that Jeremy Van Horebeek will have to miss the matches in Valkenswaard and Talavera de la Reina. This is due to the consequences of the crash that the Yamaha pilot experienced in the second round of the Arco Di Trento Grand Prix. In this fall he suffered a fracture in his foot. The young man will now be in a plaster cast for three weeks for this.
We also spoke to Joel Smets yesterday who told us that the chance was extremely small that Kevin Strijbos would start in Valkenswaard. The Belgian World Cup delegation is therefore thinning out enormously for the European Grand Prix in the Netherlands.
