Photo gallery VLM Easter Trophy in Meeuwen.
This year the VLM Easter trophy was a guest in Meeuwen. On a circuit full of long tracks and heavy cuts, it was a fight for every meter over two days. Who did this best in the Inters MX1 class was Cedric Grobben, he managed to win both heats on Easter and Easter Monday. In this way he is the clear VLM Easter Trophy winner with 4 out of 4. Kenny Janssens managed to take second place with two second places, a fourth and a fifth place. Roel Geurts was third on the podium.
In MX2, Jonathan Banken seemed to be on the same path as Grobben, but Banken decided not to participate anymore on Monday. We also did not see Yannick Heylen, who was second on Sunday, in action on Monday. As a result, it is ex GP rider Mathias Plessers who wins the VLM Easter Trophy title in MX2. Kevin Schellens came second and David Foguenne third.
Of course it was also our photographer BrentMXPics present! He spotted a beautiful Norwegian in the national open class and saw many more pass his lens. He captured as much as possible on camera and came home with the following gallery!
