Exit Davi Millsaps at Factory Kawasaki USA!
The storm has broken out, the American Kawasaki team has had enough of Davi Millsaps and is kicking him out with immediate effect. This time no sweet press release stating that both parties have decided not to continue working with each other, no! Kawasaki states in their very short and concise press release that the contract has been terminated, which means the team will not be present in the final supercross competitions...
What seemed to have started as a fairytale with a victory for Davi Millsaps on his Kawasaki in the Monster Energy Cup, quickly became a bitter and painful horror story for the team and the pilot. The bad results followed one another and gradually the American with his typical number eighteen pointed more and more to the lack of a click between the team and the machine.
This is not the first time that Davi Millsaps has been involved in such a case. When the Rockstar Energy Suzuki team switched from KTM in the interim season from 2013 to 2014, Davi Millsaps decided he no longer wanted to compete for the team. The KTM was not a machine on which he could achieve results, so he immediately showed a great lack of respect towards the Rockstar Energy Racing team to which he owes great results.
So it goes without saying that Davi Millsaps is not a blank slate. The question is: Who wants to offer this fickle talent another chance?
