70th Grand Prix victory for Antonio Cairoli!!!
Antonio Cairoli has won the Swedish Grand Prix in Uddevalla with great force majeure. The leader in the standings won both series and thus increased his lead in the standings. In addition to Cairoli, there were also two compatriots on the podium with Jeremy Van Horebeek and Kevin Strijbos. Clement Desalle fared a little less well, he had a hard fall during the start of the second series and lost a lot of points in the standings.
Antonio Cairoli for Belgian trio…
It was Antonio Cairoli who took the holeshot ahead of Clement Desalle and Shaun Simpson. Jeremy van Horebeek already passed Strijbos into third place in the opening round, but Frossard also passed Strijbos. So Cairoli was in the lead, but the top five were only just six seconds apart. Only Max Nagl had missed his start slightly. Just after half the race Cairoli pulled away from Desalle. Who in turn got Van Horebeek and Strijbos in his neighborhood. The battle between the Belgians could begin. It was Kevin Strijbos who decided the battle in his favor and finished second behind series winner Cairoli. Van Horebeek finished third and Clement Desalle was the biggest loser in this Belgian match and only finished fourth. Ken de Dijcker finished eighth, just ahead of Max Nagl.

Antonio Cairoli rules again…
It was Antonio Cairoli again who took the holeshot ahead of Van Horebeek and Guarneri. The biggest casualty in the first corner after the start was Clement Desalle, who briefly came into contact with his teammate Strijbos and thus crashed hard together with Leok and Potisek, among others. End of race for Desalle and luckily we saw him walking towards the riders' park a little later. At the front, Cairoli quietly expanded his lead over Van Horebeek and Nagl. Kevin Strijbos was in fourth place and tried to put some pressure on Max Nagl's position towards the end. But the German kept everything under control and kept Strijbos behind him. Cairoli also easily won this second series ahead of Jeremy Van Horebeek and Max Nagl. Ken De Dijcker finished twelfth in this second series.
