Jeffrey Herlings also unstoppable in Teutschenthal!!!
Jeffrey Herlings has also won the Grand Prix in Teutschenthal, Germany. Herlings once again won both series in a very convincing manner. Second place was also very convincing for 17-year-old Slovenian Tim Gajser, who finished second twice. Finally, third place went to Herlings' teammate, the Frenchman Jordi Tixier.
Even a small mistake doesn't stop Herlings...
It was Jordi Tixier who took the holeshot ahead of Tim Gajser and Jeffrey Herlings. But after a few corners later, Jeffrey Herlings was already in the lead. As usual, Herlings immediately drove away from the rest. So we had to look out for second place again where we had a duel between Tixier, Gajser, Ferrandis and Febvre. Herlings even crashed again, but already had a large lead that his closest competitors hardly even noticed. It was Honda pilot Tim Gajser who was in second place from the second lap. Behind Gajser there was some battle for third place with Ferrandis, Tixier and Febvre. Herlings, in his well-known style, won this first series quite smoothly ahead of Gajser, who still had to watch out for the battling duo Ferrandis and Tixier in the final laps. Our best compatriot was Julien Lieber, who managed to take an impressive seventh place. Damon Graulus dropped out in the opening round.

Jeffrey Herlings from start to finish…
The holeshot was for World Champion Jeffrey Herlings ahead of José Butron and Tim Gajser. The Spaniard Butron was able to hold second place for another three laps, but then there was the Slovenian Tim Gajser again. The Honda pilot clearly also felt good on this circuit. So behind Gajser we got Butron, Tixier and Guillod for third place. Jeffrey Herlings drove further away lap by lap as usual, but Gajser was also firmly in second place. So we had to look forward to third place, which ultimately went to Jordi Tixier. Herlings easily won this second series again and with this his tenth GP victory of this season. Julien Lieber was once again our best compatriot with an impressive seventh place. Damon Graulus started fourth but made a mistake on the second lap and would eventually finish sixteenth.
