Get to know different MX games
Nowadays, motocross riders are increasingly 'into gaming' as they say. With the release of MUD the game last year, this year there is a second version of that game, MXGP the game. But besides this, our sport has a very rich history when it comes to motocross games. Just think of supercross 2000, mx rider, the Mx Vs. ATV series and so on we can continue for a few hours. But below we will briefly introduce some games to you.
MXGP the game: This release has been the subject of the most hype lately. The official game of the Motocross World Championship contains all the official riders and tracks of the 2013 season. This immediately reminds me of MXrider. That ancient game that also contains all the drivers and circuits of the 2000 season. By the way, replicating all the circuits is a genius move by the makers of this game. Just like MXrider, this game will become a collector's item. This is because of the circuits that this game will contain. I still get goosebumps every time I start MXrider and race across the Kester heath with Steve Ramon on his 125cc or with Joël Smets on his 500cc between the trees of the citadel slalom. In short, MXGP the game is a game that everyone should buy, if only so that they can start the game within 10 years and win the GP of Bastogne with Clément Desalle! The release date of this game is March 28th.
Mad skills motocross 2: Everyone knows those very simple games where you just have to accelerate and lean forward or backward. This with a side view and poor graphics. Yet these remain one of the most fun games out there. Especially because nowadays you take your smartphone, download the game and you can just start gaming on the train. Mad skills motocross 2 is one of those games. The game contains 7 different motorcycles, each with their own way of steering and their own amount of power. You will receive a dozen circuits with your purchase + new circuits are added to the game every week and all this for free! It is also possible to play this game against each other online. If you get tired of the offline mode, you can still compete against your friends to see who is the best! In any case, this is one of those games that every motocross fanatic should have on their smartphone or tablet. In any case, the trailer made me warm!
MxSimulator: This last game is not well known to the general public. At least not in Belgium. In America they have known MxSimulator for several years now. This is the game where they recreate every AMA supercross and motocross track and then ride a virtual lap to post on VurbMoto. In addition to this, a lot of GP circuits have also been recreated. This year Lierop will normally also be added. There are also a number of Belgians and Dutch people who have joined forces to recreate this year's Motocross Championships. This means that we can also expect the circuits of Mons, Wachtebeke, Kester, Orp-Le-Grand and Mont-Saint-Guibert. In addition to this, we get two bonus circuits, namely Nismes and the sandbox of the Keiheuvel in Balen! So it's really time for Belgians to get to know MxSimulator.
