Chad Reed wins Anaheim III…
Chad Reed was able to win Anaheim III after a tough duel with Ken Roczen. It was also Reed's eighth Anaheim victory of his career. The leader in the standings Villopoto crossed the finish line in third place. For the Lites it was Dean Wilson who was able to get his first of the new season.

James Stewart took the holeshot ahead of Villopoto, Dungey and Roczen. Ryan Villopoto immediately took over the lead, but that only took a moment and there was Chad Reed. So he was in the lead, but behind his back there was a duel for second place with Villopoto and Roczen. On the fourth lap, “Rookie” Roczen went over the whoops faster than Villopoto and took over second place. So we got Reed in the lead ahead of Roczen, Villopoto, Stewart and Dungey. But Ken Roczen wanted more and pressured Chad Reed to take the lead. In the meantime, we had already lost Stewart and Dungey in the top five due to falls. Dungey was even forced to give up and Stewart still managed to finish seventh. But at the front, Roczen continued to put pressure on leader Chad Reed. But the experienced Reed was no longer surprised and won his second match of the season. Roczen finished second and Villopoto took the third podium place.

It was Cole Ceely who took the holeshot ahead of Wilson and Tedder. We got the leader in the standings Jason Anderson in fifth place. Cole Seely was comfortably in the lead ahead of Dean Wilson and Jake Canada. Things didn't go so well for Anderson, he crashed in the third lap and fell to eleventh place. At the front, Seely seemed to be driving to his second victory of the year until he made a mistake four laps from the end. When entering a right turn, the front wheel slipped and Wilson was given the lead. Of course, Dean Wilson grabbed this gift with both hands and won his first supercross race of the year. Cole Seely still finished second and in third place we got “Rookie” Cooper Webb. Jason Anderson was still able to limit the damage and finished fifth. Frenchman Valentin Teillet finished fifteenth in the final.
