Column: When I snap my fingers
One of the guys I was really curious about has stopped racing motocross!? I don't know the details about it, but I saw everything for sale and was shocked. I saw him drive a few times and was pleasantly surprised. A young guy without any frills who did his thing. Beautiful style that, in combination with the right character, could have taken him a long way.
Already made quite a mark in the “supermotard world” and made the switch to the “studs”. I thought it was a good choice at the time, and I think it was a promising one. Judging by his father Kees' reactions, it is Kyle's own decision and he has apparently lost the fun. A loss in this beautiful sport of a talent! Kyle Matthijssen has the style, the skills, the material and the support to go a long way. I say “has” because I hope he will repent! If I "interfere" with someone's feelings, I am sorry, but I wanted to express my feelings. And if his decision was made for the right reason, I respect it, of course. To each his own happiness! Too bad, and especially a shame...
