Ryan Sipes is calling it quits!
Ryan Sipes, one of the better sub-top riders in American Supercross and Motocross, is retiring! The man from Kentucky announced this himself about an hour ago via Twitter. Ryan Sipes competed for the MDK Factory KTM team, DNA Shred Stix/Star Racing Yamaha team and rode for the Rockstar Energy Suzuki team last season! With that team he finished 14th in the 250 West Supercross championship and alternated very strong results with many zero scores in the 450 outdoor season. Ryan Sipe's highlights are definitely the two 250 Supercrosses in Vancouver (2006) and Dallas (2011). He also won the East-West Shout-out in Las Vegas in 2011!
I have decided to retire from full time professional supercross and motocross. God has blessed me… http://t.co/AChaM4P9Sg
