Busy times for the Oldtimercrossers!
Now that the season is just over halfway, busy times are ahead for old motorcycle enthusiasts. With the recently held Maico Cup in Pulderbos, an annual organization of MC De Kempen, in mind, there are still 8 races to be held for the Belgian Championship. The circuits that are visited are not the least! This Saturday the competition will take place on the famous Balenberg circuit in Betekom! Furthermore, this year we are guests at the organizations that take place in Borgloon, not in Stadsbroek but at a nearby circuit, and there are still competitions on our calendar in Koningshooikt, of course at Fort, Kampenhout, Dessel, Soiron ( Wallonia) and Wommelgem. In Wommelgem, all categories will ride their finals for the Belgian Championship, with the exception of the Twinshocks and the Pré '90 riders due to a major competition in Farleigh Castle, England. Because this is a competition where, in addition to all the greats from the past, such as: the Americans Jeff Ward, Ron Lechien and many other greats, as well as many Belgians, will attend their final in the Flemish Wambeek. Also worth mentioning is a “demonstration cross” that will take place on the Esplanade of the Citadel in Namur on… August 15! This competition does not count towards the Belgian Championship for Oldtimers. All further information about the Oldtimer Cross in Belgium can be read on this website: katesretropage.be
