Ryan Villopoto takes 30th supercross victory in Indianapolis!!!
Ryan Villopoto took his 30th supercross victory of his career in Indianapolis. But he just didn't get that victory because Ryan Dungey was constantly on his heels. With the victory, Villopoto increases his leading position in the standings. Among the Lites was Marvin Musquin who, after a bad start, still took the win after a mistake in the very last lap by Blake Wharton.

Davi Millsaps took the holeshot ahead of James Stewart, Villopoto, Matt Goerke and Dungey. Millsaps made a mistake on the first lap and we got Stewart into the lead of the Main Event. On lap three we had a serious crash from Trey Canard who jumped over the finish line with teammate Justin Barcia. Canard lost control of the bike and landed quite hard. So it's over and out for Canard, who was able to walk to the riders' park on his own. At the end of the sixth lap, Villopoto beats Millsaps and ends up in second place. But Stewart also makes a mistake in a left turn and brakes the bike to death. So we get a new leader with Villopoto. Meanwhile, Ryan Dungey also passes Millsaps and follows in the wake of Villopoto. Dungey bites into Villopoto's trail, the difference is barely more than a second. Lap after lap, Dungey keeps putting pressure on the leader, but Villopoto keeps everything under control. With two laps to go, Stewart is at the wheel of third man Millsaps. As of the last lap it is Stewart who takes over third place. At the front, Villopoto has broken away from Dungey and thus wins his 30th supercross victory of his career.

SX250 East Coast Lites
It was Blake Wharton who took the holeshot ahead of Kyle Peters. The Frenchman Marvin Musquin, who completely missed his start, is only found in sixteenth place after the first lap. Wil Hahn, the leader in the standings, was also not doing well and was only in the second last place of the field. So Musquin had to give a lot of chase from the start. Halfway through the Main Event, the Frenchman was already in sixth place. With four laps to go, Musquin has already entered the top three, ahead of him is now Kyle Peters and Blake Wharton. In the penultimate lap, Musquin also grabbed Peters and is now in second place. Musquin is now just over five seconds behind leader Blake Wharton. We go into the last lap in Musquin, about three seconds behind the leader. But Blake Wharton succumbs to the pressure and eliminates himself, makes a mistake and falls off the track. Marvin Musquin will still get the win in his lap. Kyle Peters finishes second and Wil Hahn finishes third.
