Results SX Stuttgart on Saturday
So, Saturday and also the last day of the Stuttgart supercross is now over. On that last day we saw an interesting main event with, like yesterday, a holeshot from Dennis Ullrich. The German who managed to work his way to the final via the LCQ shot off the start like a comet and immediately put a lot of effort into it. First pursuers Joaquim Rodrigues and Florent Richier were unable to immediately respond to Dennis Ullrich's high pace.
While home driver Ullrich gradually built up a ten-second lead, the crowd began to dream of finally another German victory in Stuttgart. This German victory also came closer and closer and the audience slowly came into ecstasy. But then their compatriot, Ullrich, jumped a jump just too sharp in the penultimate lap and after a contact with a hay bale, the race leader ended up off the track.
Florent Richier, who has now moved up to second place, took advantage of this mistake. The Frenchman led the remaining round and, to his own great joy, still won the final and was immediately crowned “King of Stuttgart” with a second and first place.
In the main event we saw Filip Neugebauer finish second. In third place we still found home pilot and crowd favorite Dennis Ullrich.

In the SX2 class we saw a small repeat of yesterday, as we saw Jake Canada who was too strong for an impressive Boris Maillard in both finals. In the first SX2 final, Jaulin Sullivan finished third, in the second SX2 final that honor went to Dominique Thury. The other American in this class, Tommy Weeck, finished fourth and fifth. Jake Canada is logically also “Prince of Stuttgart”, having finished first four times.
Conclusion: We saw many beautiful series and a beautiful field of participants that were really evenly matched. We should also certainly not forget our fellow countryman, Freddy Verherstraeten, who had created a beautiful course there in Stuttgart. A course on which fun duels could arise and on which the field often remained close together, the whoops up also ensured that no one could really gain much advantage from the whoops. In short, a beautiful course on which we saw few falls!
