Dynamic Marketing Group new promoter BK Motocross!
The Belgian Motorcyclists' Association (BMB) and the company Dynamic Marketing Group (Edmond Detry) have entered into an agreement for the promotion of the Belgian Inters Motocross Championship from 2013 to 2016.
This marks a new direction for the further growth of the most important national motocross championship. Edmond Detry of Dynamic Marketing Group will use his expertise in marketing and communication to once again give the BK Motocross the national and international attention it deserves. He has proven his competences in marketing and promotion in motorsport, among other things, by organizing the Motocross Grand Prix this year in Bastogne.
The Belgian Championship has been able to survive without a promoter in recent years thanks to the high-quality organizations, only possible due to the enormous efforts of the numerous volunteers within the organizing clubs. We want to go one step further by recruiting a new promoter. The intention is to support the organizers and create more unity within the championship, a collaboration between the volunteers on the one hand, which is essential to set up an organization, and on the other hand the professional input of a marketing and communications specialist with a heart for the motorsport.
This agreement will provide the championship with much-needed television and press attention. What is also new is that the promoter will be obliged to offer a plateau of 7 World Cup top riders, including at least 5 Belgian riders, for participation in the full championship. The final calendar will be announced in early December. During the
BMB Chairman, Jos Driessen, stated: “I am very proud as the new chairman of the association to announce this important cooperation agreement. We want the BK Motocross to progress, to develop further in this ever-changing sporting world, to increase media attention again and to reach a young, new audience and attract even more spectators. This is only possible by entering into a collaboration with a professional partner. This year we have not only focused on remembering the glorious past of the association and motorsport in Belgium, but also resolutely chose to safeguard its future.”
Edmond Detry, Dynamic Marketing Group: “I am very happy that the BMB has placed its trust in Dynamic Marketing Group! In Belgium we have always had a special relationship with motocross. Motocross is still very popular in both Flanders and Wallonia. Especially now that our sport is more spectacular and attractive than ever. I am sure that with more professionalism and more attention to the image of the championship, we can take the Belgian Championship to a higher level in terms of public and media interest. Now it's up to us to prove ourselves in a creative way!”
