Nice ending in Harfsen for Kemea Reytec Yamaha
During the last ONK of the season in Harfsen, 15-year-old Ludovic Brevers ensured that the season could end on a high note for the Kemea Reytec Yamaha team. Brevers will participate in the European Championship and ONK 125cc for the Kemea Reytec Yamaha team next year and also started in Harfsen on the 125cc two-stroke.
After a nice fourth time in the qualifications, however, things immediately went wrong at the start of the first heat. He fell and had to leave at the very last. In no time he moved up to twelfth place, but the fall damaged the rear brake and made it untenable to continue.
Despite the great desire to attack in the second round, Ludovic completely missed his start. Once again Ludovic had to start at the back, but this time the young Waal flew like an arrow through the starting field. After 20 minutes he took the lead and then easily controlled the rest of the match to record a nice victory. Ludovic finished eighth in the final standings.
Ludovic can therefore enter the winter with a good dose of self-confidence and prepare for the upcoming European Championships of 2013.
