BK Kester: The Dycker best mud devil
The setting of the Kesterheide was as breathtaking as ever and the people had certainly not forgotten their appointment with Flanders' most beautiful one. However, the heavy rain on Sunday morning was a major spoilsport. To achieve somewhat normal competitions, the Inters Open program was limited to 2 races. Ken De Dycker (3-1) was allowed to climb onto the highest scaffold for the second time in his career. A regular Van Horebeek (2-2) came second, the surprising Jeremy Delincé deservedly took his first podium place in the Radson Trophy after a first and ninth place.
Keeno naturally consolidated his leading position in the BC standings. The Red Bull-KTM rider now leads with 18 points ahead of Tanel Leok, Davide Guarneri follows on 37 points. Jurgen Van Nooten is fourth. The 15rd BC round is scheduled for August 3 at the Keiheuvel in Balen.
Stunt by Delincé
Jeremy Delincé not only rode to the holeshot, he also remained authoritatively in the lead. The young Yamaha rider was by far the fastest. Although Van Horebeek went hunting for Delincé, he made a mistake in the sixth lap. An eager Herjan Brakke took advantage but was eventually overtaken by Van Horebeek and De Dycker. Despite the mud, Keeno rode a great catch-up race. Jeffrey Herlings finished sixth, Bobryshev and Gonçalves finished 8th and 9th respectively.

Pole for 'The Jerre'
Not quite a mud bath this morning in Kester, but due to the persistent rain it is a very slippery circuit! To keep the circuit in the best possible condition, both the sidecars and the quad races were canceled. All announced solo top riders were present. Home rider Jeremy Van Horebeek was fastest ahead of Jeremy Delincé, also blessed with excellent throttle control. Ken De Dycker was third, almost one and a half seconds behind The Jerre, followed by Davide Guarneri, Jeffrey Herlings, Yerki Janvier and Tanel Leok. Josh Coppins took it easy and set the 9th fastest time ahead of Evgeny Bobryshev. Rui Gonçalves did not get further than the 16th fastest time.
