BK MX2: No Van Doninck in Mons
Brent Van Doninck will not start tomorrow in Mons (Monster Energy MX2 Trophy), nor on Monday in the ONK in Axel. Brent had keyhole surgery on his knee on Wednesday morning because it kept blocking. There was a problem with the meniscus that was damaged. Brent: “They removed the loose tissue, hopefully this solves the problem. I was looking forward to starting in the first BC race in Mons, but unfortunately that is not possible. Normally I would be able to participate in the 1st European Championship round in France next week because the knee is recovering well after the operation.” Let us hope that the talented KTM rider can ride in St-Jean D'Angely sufficiently prepared.
