Preview Elect-Râ BK Enduro Flavion
On Sunday the Belgian Enduro Circus will participate in the third round of the Elect-Râ BK Enduro. The competition in Flavion in Namur is a classic on the BC calendar. With three laps of over 100 km, the Inters are given quite a challenge.
In recent years, Jean-François Goblet was considered the absolute favorite at the start of every BC round. With the arrival of the Gas Gas duo Cédric Melotte and Patrick Caps, the battle for the supremacy of the Belgian Enduro seems to be open again. Because both ex-GP riders are on a Gas Gas EC 300, they compete in the E3 class. In this way, Goblet will avoid them in the fight for the E2 title, but not for the more prestigious Elect-Râ BK Enduro scratch title. It remains to be seen whether other riders can join the battle for scratch victory in Flavion.
Ravitailing
With three laps of 103 km, the Inters will have a busy Sunday. Due to the long route, the organizing club, Dinant MC, provides a trailer on which riders can store a jerry can of gasoline for refueling halfway. Each round has two specials. A special was set out in Hemptinne that takes you partly through a forest and partly through an old quarry. The other special, in the municipality of Morialmé, takes you across two corn fields.
Flavion's Enduro starts in Florennes at the sports complex “Docteur Rolin” (GPS: Rue du Parc des Ducs).
The first Inters start at 9:30 am. You will find other practical information here here.
