Santtu Tiainen alongside Ferris at Ice One Racing in 2012
In addition to Dean Ferris, the Ice One Racing team will also compete in the MX1 World Championship with the young Finn Santtu Tiainen next year.
The 20-year-old Tiainen already rode ten MX1 GPs last season, collecting a meager total of three points. Tiainen was able to score points in Valkenswaard, La Baneza and Lommel.
Ice One Racing team manager Kari Tiainen said that the Finnish team's focus is now entirely on the MX1 World Championship. The team of a former Formula 1 driver made its debut in the Motocross World Championship in 2011.
