Gregory Aranda to B2 Yamaha
Almost a month after the last Motocross GP, the pieces of the transfer carousel are gradually starting to fall into place. French sub-topper Gregory Aranda is now also assured of a seat for the MX1 World Championship in 2012.
Aranda, like teammate Davide Guarneri, could not stay with Rockstar Bud Racing Kawasaki. For a while it looked like the 'sudiste' would head to the United States for a campaign in the AMA Supercross championship. However, it did not get that far. Aranda will remain in Europe next year and will compete for the French B2 Yamaha team. The team enjoys the support of Yamaha Europe and Yamaha Motor France. For Aranda, this switch means that for the first time in his sporting career he will compete on a brand other than Kawasaki.
Aranda hasn't completely put aside his American ambitions yet because next weekend he will be at the start of the first Monster Energy Cup at the Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas!
