Update Steve Ramon
Ramon lost control in a duel with Simspon and Philipaerts and fell at full speed. He fell head first into the sand and received a hard blow. He lay motionless and for a moment the worst was feared. When it turned out that it was serious, the match was flagged off until Ramon was stabilized. He was taken to Genk hospital and at that moment had no feeling in his arms and legs.
A little later the news came that he had feeling in his upper body and finally that evening the redeeming news came that he also had feeling in his legs again. Only on his left side is the feeling not yet 100%, but this could be due to some nerve pathways that have been affected. According to the doctors, this would be fine again. The most important thing is that the vertebra was not hit and that nothing was broken there. Due to the hard blow, he also has a lot of pain in his upper body. Steve has to stay in the emergency room overnight for observation and will undergo some more tests tomorrow.
